As analytical methods for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), size exclusion chromatography (SEC) and hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC), which can be analyzed in a non-denaturing state, are important. Therefore, the analysis of aggregates by SEC and the analysis of drug-antibody ratio (DAR) by HIC are conducted as a set of evaluation methods. ■ SEC Analysis Column: [TSKgel UP-SW3000-LS] TSKgel UP-SW3000-LS is a column with low protein adsorption. It is suitable for the separation of antibody (IgG) aggregates, dimers, monomers, and fragments. ■ HIC Analysis Columns: [TSKgel HIC-ADC Butyl / TSKgel HIC-ADC Phenyl] The TSKgel HIC-ADC series has a higher separation capability for ADCs compared to the existing TSKgel Butyl-NPR and is an effective column for DAR analysis. We offer two types of functional groups with different separation selectivity for samples: butyl and phenyl groups. There are 10 cm columns for high-resolution analysis and 3.5 cm columns for fast analysis. To consider the durability of the columns, guard columns are also available.
